What if the person I want to interview doesn’t think their story is interesting?
Challenge accepted! We have yet to meet a single person who doesn't have a fascinating story, especially when they're asked the right questions. Our interviewers understand how to put people at ease and draw out stories that surprise even the people telling them.
How technical does the person being interviewed need to be?
If they can do a video call, they can do Life Story Magic.A decent laptop and good lighting help, and if it makes them more comfortable to have a family member nearby to help with the technology, that's completely fine. We'll handle everything else.
How long does the process take?
