What if they don't live near me? All interviews are conducted via video call (Zoom). We can interview anyone, anywhere.

What questions will you ask? We have a framework of thoughtful questions, but we customize based on what you tell us matters most. Want to focus on their childhood? Their career? How they met their spouse? We'll tailor the interview.

Can I be part of the interview? Absolutely. You can join the call, or we can conduct it one-on-one. Whatever feels most comfortable.

What if they're not comfortable on camera? Our interviewers are warm, patient, and experienced. Most people forget the camera is there within the first few minutes. We create a conversation, not an interrogation.

How long does it take? The interview itself is 50 minutes. We deliver the video and transcript within 7 days.
